About The Author
Derby-based author, storyteller and wordsmith, when not weaving tales of wonder, I craft poems for friends and for those needing a spark of hope. Growing up with struggles only strengthened my resolve and faith that stories can uplift and inspire. Elion the Cub King is a testament to true belief, a story of resilience, courage and embracing your true self. I am honoured to share it with readers of all ages.
My Book
Elion The Cub King
In the heart of an enchanted forest kingdom, a gentle lion cub is born into royalty, destined for greatness yet marked as different from the very beginning. While his brothers grow hungry for power and status, fear and jealousy take root, turning them against their youngest sibling. Branded as a threat and cast out from the only home he has ever known, the cub is left to face a vast and unforgiving world alone.
Weak, wounded, and close to losing hope, his fate changes when he is discovered by a kind and courageous young girl. Through her care, patience, and quiet strength, she nurses him back to health and offers him something he has never truly known before: acceptance. As the cub grows, so too does the bond between them, a connection that shapes his understanding of loyalty, compassion, and courage.
